About me
I'm Augusto, Engineer and former Product Manager. I've built products from scratch, scaled and restructured engineering teams, and spent most of my career in environments where mistakes have legal consequences.
I work as a Fractional CTO. I embed with early-stage teams to guide them from ideas and prototypes to productive, safe, reliable applications they can confidently launch to users.
How I work
I embed with you and your team, understand your business like a co-founder, and help you build an application and the Scaffolding to keep developing it without me.
That can take many shapes:
You built it yourself. I make it production-ready — infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, security, so you can continue building without me.
You have an idea. I help you spec it like a product pro, interview potential customers, architect it, and ship it.
You need a technical co-founder. I am your technical business partner, focused on enabling you to build while I staff your technical team.
I can take partial of full equity compensation from particularly promising companies.
